We have recently undertaken the upgrade of the laboratory equipment for five government sites for the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute NI: Omagh, Loughgall, Hillborough, Newforge and Stormont.
This involved changing out approximately 40 manifolds and 200 internal outlet points within working labs throughout all the sites. Co-operation between ourselves and the principal client/end users was critical to meet the tight programme of works with minimal disruption.
This project was designed by White Young Green and the main contractor is H&J Martin. At approximately £175k it’s a major project with a short term turnaround.
